Xcalibur staff will lead GEAR UP Maine staff on a deep dive into Service Data, Post-Secondary Data, and Other APR data to gain insight around the data. Xcalibur will employ Tableau and Excel to facilitate this conversation.
GEAR UP Maine Data Stewards will gain an understanding of the newly developed Services and Invoicing procedures developed by GU-ME in collaboration with Xcalibur. Participants will review the GEAR UP Maine Data Toolkit and Data Quality tasks they can complete to ensure timelines and expectations for data are met.
Xcalibur will spend time with GUGa’s new Program Coordinators introducing them to SCRIBE, reviewing service naming conventions, and data collection processes.
